With 6 silicone poles and 1 brass pole, 3 meters high, we have Exotic and Sport Pole classes available for all levels. You can also rent a pole for an hour for your own practice without a teacher. On Silicone poles we wear full length gym clothes like yoga pants and a tshirt. On the brass pole we wear shorts and sports bra.
